After subscribing, use Connections inside your workspace to authorize Instagram, Facebook, Google Business or TikTok. You must manage the account or business location you connect. Never send passwords or verification codes by email.
Billing and cancellation
Open Billing to see your trial, renewal date and plan. Use Billing & invoices for payment details and invoices, or Cancel renewal to end your subscription at the end of the paid period. The free 7-day trial ends without a charge.
A post needs attention
Open the post in the calendar and read its status. If it says Needs check, look for the post on the platform before you create a new one, so it doesn’t go out twice. When you contact support, include the post title and the error message.
